SUSTAINED IMPACT MODEL™

122 Consulting Group has developed the Sustained Impact Model™ to demonstrate the progressive and comprehensive approach to strategic development and leadership around DEI-related issues.

Self. Starting the ‘work’ at home means taking opportunities to create self-awareness and individual accountability for the ways in which we show up in the world. Oftentimes, this entails self-directed learning programs, individualized professional development plans, and personal stretch goals. Our offerings provide assessments, training, and guided activities to identify and mediate attitudes, perceptions, and behaviors that may prohibit excellence through inclusion.

Spheres. Interpersonal dynamics and relationships are the foundations for the ‘spheres of influence’ that we move within and around. These communities might be made up of workplace colleagues, family members, close friends, or acquaintances, and are spaces where the practice and application of personal frameworks become the basis of culture and social acceptability. We create opportunities for group learning and growth through extended Live Learning Labs™ experiences, guided workgroup projects, and facilitated skillbuilding.

Systems. Ultimate success comes from prolonged and embedded commitment to a process of evaluation, modification, and application. When inclusive excellence principles are part of the fabric of an organization’s culture, policies, and practices, the benefits of positive engagement, social responsibility, increased innovation, and enhanced belonging become commonplace. We work with organizations to analyze their operations, inputs, and outputs through a lens of inclusion, where diversity of background, experience, thought and perspective becomes a strategic value-add proposition, instead of a one-time activity or limited business perspective.
